About Clark Design Associates, LLC.

As Milwaukee's premier home builder and remodeler, Clark Design Associates is a State Certified General Contractor and Trained Architectural based residential design-build firm. We consider ourselves to be a boutique builder with excellent attention to detail, quality of design and customer service while being able to handle any size or style residential building project.

Jacob Clark, the principle designer and owner of Clark Design Associates, has an extensive background in residential design work. With a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master's degree in Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego, Jacob began his career working for two architects in the small coastal town of LaJolla, California working on multimillion dollar homes throughout Southern California.

In 2004, Jacob made the decision to make the move back to his home town of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jacob had brought back with him what he learned on the west coast and started working for a few local home builders/remodelers as a home designer. After gaining extensive experience with the construction side and customer service of home building and remodeling industry, Jacob had developed a business plan, he though the industry was lacking and in 2005, Clark Design Associates was formed.

Starting out as a design firm and transitioning into a design-build firm, Jacob Clark had a clear vision of how his projects should be run and what customer service should be provided to his clients. This vision is what sets Clark Design Associates apart from other local builders and remodelers in the area and since has proven to be successful.
