Ron and his team stuck with it and along the way demonstrated integrity and professionalism even as they had to break some very bad news. As anyone knows who has worked with a remodeler, there will always be unexpected challenges. The difference that separates the good from the not so good contractor is how challenges are handled and how problems are communicated. He was meticulous and thorough. He did everything in the contract , and more besides. There were no surprise add-ons. His price was significantly lower than the other bidders. Other bidders sent salesmen who only offered 50 year shingles, would not themselves be on the job and bid thousands of dollars more.
