"When our gas logs wouldn't light, they sent someone the same day I called and he identified the gas valve as bad. The unit was so old that a replacement wasn't available at a reasonable price, so they referred us to a local showroom to look at new sets. On the day set for our appointment, Scott and another worker came, took out the old firebox--which only worked with the particular set we had to replace--put in the new firebox and logs, and had us up and running again. Very prompt service, and great people to work with. Highly recommended Scott and Mike's, and glad to be able to find such professional service in Amelia! "
