As it turned out there was significant poor quality underlying work performed by the original builder discovered as the project progressed. Ron and his team stuck with it and along the way demonstrated integrity and professionalism even as they had to break some very bad news. As anyone knows who has worked with a remodeler, there will always be unexpected challenges. The difference that separates the good from the not so good contractor is how challenges are handled and how problems are communicated. In the end the project was executed well and we are happy we made the decision to do business with his company. Highly recommended! "

Sam worked us in to his schedule, came himself to do the estimate and does as much work and more than any of the workers with him. He is professional, pleasant and and focused on the details of the job. I cannot say enough good about him and his company. These guys are great and I would recommend them over anyone else. I only hope when I need tree service again he's willing and able to come out. They did a perfect job removing trees, trimming trees and clean up was amazing, the place looked better when they left than it had before they started working. This is a professional team and truly know their business. Prices were equally great; highly recommend! "

"When our gas logs wouldn't light, they sent someone the same day I called and he identified the gas valve as bad. The unit was so old that a replacement wasn't available at a reasonable price, so they referred us to a local showroom to look at new sets. On the day set for our appointment, Scott and another worker came, took out the old firebox--which only worked with the particular set we had to replace--put in the new firebox and logs, and had us up and running again. Very prompt service, and great people to work with. Highly recommended Scott and Mike's, and glad to be able to find such professional service in Amelia! "
