"This is an outstanding roofer. He is a small businessman, does his own estimating, and is on the job working with and supervising his crew. .Mine was a big roof - about 35 squares or more of 30 year shingles. He was meticulous and thorough. He did everything in the contract , and more besides. There were no surprise add-ons. His price was significantly lower than the other bidders. Other bidders sent salesmen who only offered 50 year shingles, would not themselves be on the job and bid thousands of dollars more.
